We the committee of 1987-1993 ish :?: are rather disappointed not to be included in the annals of Soton Games Clubs history.

We are also struggling to remember exactly who did what and when although the following were guilty of being committee members:

Jason Asker (Aka the Hippy, the black vegetable, Del): El Presidentee 88-89, 89-90
Derek Nicholson: El Presidentee 87-88
Andy Slater (Slater Nazi): Secretary 87:88
Chris Petty: El Pres 86-87 ???
Ian Letzer Fantasy Fairy: 88-89
Chris Dyer: Treasurer (we think) 88-89

In an pre pre history there was a Welshman called Neil Packer who ran one or the harshest games know to man and was a stalwart of the Society in the mid 80s we believe that he still runs a business (was play by snail mail - remember that?) somewhere in the Soton area....... and James Rupert "le Hardy" Guiton never did show us his degree, although he was El Pres at some point in the 80s.

Yours Ayeeee

Greetings, Committee of Olde. I am in the process of shinifying and rejiggling the website and so details of Committees from the dim and distant past are most welcome. If anyone else here has any more information the the Days of Olde it would be much appreciated, as our records only stretch back to 1999, where they fragment somewhat. Thanks a lot for this, anyway.
